Competition was introduced between universities to use Virtual labs to improving student performance in the practical side and allow them to do some scientific experiments by simulation on computers connected to the Internet in disciplines that are difficult by providing laboratory equipment, inclusions, or chemicals. The progress of faculty members (in 16 University) with 96 projects in various fields, has been examined by scientific committees in two phases, has been selected the best 20 projects to contract with them at this stage start, and these projects spread over 5 sectors scientific: Medicine human, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, science, Engineering and agriculture now underway term review to put forward
